Slack Importer
Eric demoed his Slack importer that translates heavy tech support incidents such as microservices from Slack channel in JSON into Wiki for real-time and postmortem engineering analysis. Eric is carefully working on the security and anonymizing the transport for open source collaboration with experts outside the 4 walls of a company.
Changed subject. Eric showed a couple of pattern language book covers he is reading. David picked up the discussion for dementia patients and how undergrad students without domain expertise may grapple to grasp (DE seems to be key in highly skilled to see patters). Switch back to network diagrams, think how the drag & drop tooling unfolds to invite more expertise in complex systems.
