Local Search Outpost

Create repeatable way to update an index of local sites.

Uses deno to run a local web server that generates a page of references to each of the domains found in the wiki data folder. See lsserve.ts

Uses frame plugin and a single-page app which 1) advises the reader how to start the server, 2) confirm the server is running, and 3) open the page from the server a ghost page.
